One of those wonderfully unusual pieces that makes you look twice. This vintage Italian pendant features two round glass intaglios, one golden yellow and the other an earthy cognac, each carved with a bee and framed in rope twisted 14ct yellow gold. Hinged together for movement, the reverse reveals beautiful mother-of-pearl backs that add another layer of detail to the design.
Suspended from an enhancer clip bale, it has the feel of a miniature object d’art, intriguing from the front and every bit as beautiful when turned over.
