We take great care to inspect every item that comes into our store and will give a detailed description (including high-res pics) and state the overall condition of every piece we offer.
Many of the pieces we offer are vintage and antique and as such may show signs of wear consistent with their age.
We are more than happy to answer any of your questions and provide additional details and photos of a piece you are interested in, some pieces have an independent assessment and valuation on them also.
As such, for change of mind, we offer return for store credit (less postage and handling costs). Please contact us within 1-4 days of receipt of your item to discuss. The item must be in the same condition as it was shipped, if altered, sized, or damaged, the item will not be accepted.
We do not offer returns or refunds on resized rings.
However, if a piece is grossly mis-described or damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days of receipt for a full refund and to discuss at email@example.com.
