This exquisite vintage cluster ring centres a bezel set oval-cut Ceylon Sapphire to a surround of sixteen bright white Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds flanked by ornate swirl shoulders.
Beautifully crafted on 18ct yellow gold with the top in white c1980.
