This beautiful Princess Ring features a central claw set Round Solid White Opal to a dropped surround of six deep red Rubies and Oval Cut Opals to a sculptural floral style border, with an open gallery to maximise light to the stones.
Beautifully handcrafted c1940 on 14ct Yellow Gold, this statement ring has a lush look and feel on, the perfect Cocktail ring to elevate your night out!
*One of my all time favourite designs, these vintage rings are known as 'Thai Princess Rings'. They were made popular in the west during WWII when soldiers started sending them home to their sweethearts. The name comes from both the design (which is in the shape of royal crowns) and the people who wore them originally (the royal family).
