This exquisite one-of-a-kind Vintage Princess Ring features twelve round-cut claw set Garnets in luscious deep red tones within an ornate cascading formation, with an open-pierced gallery, on a flat band.
Handcrafted c1940 in 18ct Yellow Gold this is a high impact statement!

*One of my all time favourite designs, these vintage rings are known as 'Thai Princess Rings'. They were made popular in the west during WWII when soldiers started sending them home to their sweethearts. The name comes from both the design (which is in the shape of royal crowns) and the people who wore them originally (the royal family).
