Originally housing a synthetic gemstone this R&V re-do now features a striking natural 1.58ct Emerald-cut Madagascan Teal Sapphire, housed in stunning mid-century open mount designed to allow maximum light in to this incredible gemstone.
Wonderfully handcrafted on 9ct yellow gold c1960.
