A breathtaking and rare Victorian star pendant, handcrafted c1880 in 15ct yellow gold and converted from an antique brooch. Its beautifully balanced six-point silhouette is surrounded by intricate scrollwork, delicate granulation and fine applied details, an extraordinary display of Victorian goldsmithing.
A stunning .10ct old rose-cut Diamond sits proudly at the centre, its softly irregular facets bringing antique fire and character to the ornate openwork design. Rich with symbolism and craftsmanship, this is a rare celestial jewel with more than 140 years of history.
