Romantic, elegant and wonderfully unique, this original Victorian c1880’s pendant began life as a brooch before being thoughtfully transformed into a piece made to be worn every day. A magnificent 9.5ct octagonal-cut Amethyst takes centre stage, its rich violet tones framed by a halo of delicate natural seed Pearls that soften the bold geometry of the stone. The newly crafted bail has been fashioned from the original brooch pin, preserving a genuine piece of its history in a beautiful nod to its past.
Victorian jewellery has a warmth that’s difficult to replicate, and this pendant captures it beautifully. The combination of the substantial Amethyst, fine goldwork and luminous seed Pearls creates a piece that feels equally at home layered with modern chains or worn as the standout feature on its own.
