A fabulous oversized antique anchor, originally a brooch and thoughtfully converted into a statement pendant. Handcrafted in 9ct yellow gold c1900, the anchor has a beautifully sculptural form, complete with applied twisted gold rope winding around the shank and flukes, a wonderful detail that gives the piece texture, movement and unmistakable nautical character.
An applied 9ct stamp remains to the reverse, with a generous jump ring added during conversion so it’s ready to wear on your favourite chain. Bold in scale and beautifully made, it has all the charm of an antique jewel but feels incredibly current worn today.
