A wonderfully distinctive late Edwardian trilogy ring, handcrafted in 18ct yellow gold. A bright old-cut Diamond sits between two rich red Rubies, each claw-set within bold geometric surrounds and framed by fine architectural goldwork. Consistent with the age of this piece, the gold setting on one side has worn smooth, a gentle asymmetry that speaks to the ring’s long and much loved history.
Fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1918, the asymmetric profile allows the ring to nest neatly alongside a band, making it an inspired choice for an antique bridal stack or a beautifully unusual standalone ring.
