This gorgeous wide cigar band originally housed a beaten-up Topaz, we rescued this beauty by setting a striking oval cut 1.68ct Yellow Sapphire to the centre.
The Sapphire is flanked by half-moons to each side set with eight brilliant cut Diamonds.
Beautifully hand crafted on 9ct yellow gold.
