This darling heart pendant features rows of bead set round brilliant cut Diamonds to the front with an identical back featuring blue bezel set Sapphires, the rows of gemstones are divided by rope twist details, whilst the two hearts are separated by a double rope twist. The pendant is suspended from an oval split bale.
Wonderfully crafted on 9ct yellow gold.
