A gorgeous retro heart pendant features fifteen pave set Diamonds set in a heart shape in white gold with a double overlapping lattice motif in yellow gold to a hollow centre, suspended from a nice large oval bale.
Beautifully handcrafted on 9ct yellow and white gold.
