This gorgeous ring holds a little secret! Set to the circular top with a square cut sapphire in a surround of eight emeralds & seed pearls, one side with a hinge the other with a press down clasp and opening to reveal a little compartment. The shoulders are beautifully ornate showing etched leaf patterns, wonderfully crafted on 9ct yellow gold.
