A beautiful study in symmetry and contrast, this rare antique pendant is a striking example of late Victorian design. Handcrafted c1880 in 9ct yellow gold, the circular form is richly detailed with alternating concentric bands of Pearls and finely worked black enamel, each layer drawing the eye inward to the central motif—a delicate white floral detail encircled by a halo of gold.
The vivid black enamel is hand-decorated with golden foliate scrolls, adding a touch of drama and refinement to the piece. Perfectly balanced and beautifully preserved, this pendant carries the elegance of a bygone era, with a timeless sophistication that wears as well today as it did over a century ago.
