Full of personality, sparkle, and Victorian charm, this antique fox pendant is a wonderfully rare and expressive piece, expertly converted from a brooch to give it new life as a wearable treasure. The fox’s head is beautifully modelled, its fur finely textured and its expression alert and cunning, capturing the Victorian love of symbolic animal jewellery.
Pavé-set across the face, ears and snout are sixteen glistening old rose-cut Diamonds, each with its own soft, candlelit shimmer, a hallmark of 19th-century craftsmanship. Adding a captivating touch of colour, two cabochon Rubies form the fox’s eyes, glowing with a vivid, jewel-like intensity that brings a sense of mischievous spirit to the piece.
The construction is classic to the era: a silver front to enhance the brightness of the Diamonds, backed in warm 9ct yellow gold. Fitted with a gold bail, this charming fox hangs beautifully from your favourite chain.
