A darling Edwardian good luck charm for your finger. Dating to c1900, this antique horseshoe ring has been handcrafted in 9ct yellow gold, with creamy natural seed Pearls tracing the curve of the horseshoe and a vivid round-cut Ruby suspended to the centre. The open design gives the ring a lovely lightness, while the Ruby adds that perfect flash of rich colour.
Horseshoes have long been worn as symbols of luck and protection, making this more than simply a beautiful antique jewel, but rather a beautiful talisman that has already travelled through more than a century.

CONDITION: In excellent antique condition, the Ruby and Pearls are secure and unabraded, Pearls are beautifully lustrous with no blemishes or fading to colour, band is substantial with no thinning (a likely re-shank at some point)
