This wonderful pendant from brooch conversion features a large and very flashy cabochon heart Solid Crystal White Opal, held in an ornate crown setting with a natural blue Sapphire ornately triangular set to each North/South point.
Suspended from an oval bale, reworked from the original bar and beautifully handcrafted on 15ct yellow gold.
