Originally a brooch, this American Art Nouveau treasure has been lovingly converted into a pendant by R&V. Featuring three creamy pearls encircled by a swirl of twelve bright rose-cut diamonds, all suspended from a new large round bale made from the original pin. Handcrafted in 10ct rose gold c1910.
