This wonderful dainty Deco original features a row of five single cut Diamonds flanked to each side by eight baguette cut Sapphires, flowing to sloped ornate shoulders, each set with a single cut Diamond.
Beautifully handcrafted c1920 on 18ct yellow gold, the top and shoulders in Platinum.
