A very rare and elegant celestial themed Victorian Era locket featuring a Domed Bloodstone centred with a five-pointed star with a deep pink ruby and Rose Cut Diamond surround, to an ornate etched surround set with four rectangular cushion cut Rubies.
The back of the locket is also set with bloodstone and four Rubies and features the same ornate etched details.
Opening with a hinge to one side to reveal the original moveable glass panel, which is empty for you to add your own personal memento.
Wonderfully handcrafted c1880 on 15ct yellow gold.
