The firm of Wholesale Manufacturing jewellers trading as Rosenthal, Aronson Co was established in London and Melbourne during the second half of the nineteenth century, opening branches throughout Australis, they traded in Brisbane as Aronson Bros, and as F. Aronson & Co in Sydney and London. The partnership dissolved in 1900 and the business continued trading as Aronson & Co until after WW II, their manufacturing ceased circa 1930, like so many of the time, due to the Great Depression.
