This exquisite brooch to pendant conversion features a whimsical butterfly set with a chubby Solid Opal belly and wings set with Green Garnet and Natural Seed Pearls set on baton or nail style bar with a ball to one end and a point to the other.
Wonderfully handcrafted c1890 on Antique 15ct honey-hued Yellow Gold by Australian Jeweller Edward Schafer (act 1857-1920), we added a large oval bale to the back, making this unique piece much more wearable, a true one-of-a-kind piece, she is adorable on!
