ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN CHESTER 1908 STARBURST SET RUBY & DIAMOND BRACELET ON 9ct YELLOW GOLD

This adorable Edwardian celestial themed hinged bracelet features a central star flush set Ruby flanked by two Rose-cut Diamonds and two further Rubies to each end, with a rope twist surround to the top and ornate bead and raised work flowing to a smooth base, fitted with original safety chain, closing with a push in clasp & hinged at the mid way point.
Beautifully handcrafted on 9ct yellow gold with crisp hallmarks for Chester, 1908 this particularly rare and highly sought after bracelet is a gorgeous piece of wearable history.
*The Chester Assay Office was permanently closed in 1962 by Act Of Parliament because it wasn’t getting enough work. The result of this closure was that Antique and Vintage items with Chester Hallmarks increased in value to collectors simply due to scarcity on the market.

Condition: In excellent Antique condition, the Rubies & Diamonds are secure and unabraded, hinge closes tightly, a couple of tiny dents to the base
