This is the loveliest antique piece! Featuring a strip of tightly woven mesh centring a butterfly with Ruby eyes, a round Sapphire body and four Seed Pearls in the wings, suspending an ornate etched love heart star flush set with a seed Pearl to the centre. To the side of the gold mesh is a movable ball link chain that runs through the back of the butterflies wings, these suspend a love heart each, attached to the top with the original dog clip.
Beautifully handcrafted c1910 on 14ct Yellow Gold with an antique rosy hue, this stunning piece makes for an elegant look worn at choker length from your favourite chain, the attention to detail and the craftsmanship are top-notch, a stunning piece of wearable history!
