1960’S RETRO COLOUR-CHANGE SYNTHETIC CORUNDUM COCKTAIL RING ON 14CT GOLD
This impressive Cocktail Ring, from the Retro Era, circa 1960’s features a large, facetted Round-Cut Synthetic Colour-Change Corundum, imitating Alexandrite, (in gemmology terms).
This beautiful gem displays rich purple colours, which change to light lavender and purplish blues at different angles, and in different light settings.
Wonderfully hand crafted in 14ct Yellow gold, the stone is claw set, on an open setting, with upswept shoulders, to allow maximum light in. on a sturdy shank. Comes in excellent vintage condition, with wear commensurate with age, stone is unabraded.
